The Dr. Comfort Brian X is a men’s double-depth therapeutic casual shoe designed for individuals who need significantly more interior room and adjustability than traditional footwear. Built approximately ¼ inch deeper, Brian X provides additional space for severe swelling, internal braces, AFOs, and other needs requiring greater foot volume.
A breathable and stretchable Lycra® upper gently accommodates the foot, while leather trim gives the shoe a clean, versatile appearance for everyday wear.
