I set up delivery of my mother's new rollator walker, but they delivered it to me rather than my mother's address that was submitted. Her VISA information was given as payment, so it wasn't that the billing address was different from hers. The fact that I gave my name and email must have bumped off her address. It even used part of my address and part of hers. I phoned customer service about it and they said they'd get back with me but never did. I'm driving 2-1/2 hours now to get it to her.

It would have been nice to receive a phone text letting me know my order wouldn't arrive. Instead, I was waiting for it for days. I could have reordered from someone else. Next time don't say the order is being processed, when it wasn't. It's most likely that I won't use this site again.

The scooter arrived fast, the battery box got damaged through shipping but I reached out to them and they sent a new one, I love my new scooter!

I have never needed a 'walking aid' before, so I have no basis for comparison (a friend recommended "Nexus") but I cant imagine a walker being better than this. I suspect it's the "Rolls Royce" of walkers :) and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!
The brake lever would snap.l replaced it with my old one.

Haven’t really had a chance to use it recently since I need to get the slow brake system off (tires wearing thin already and I only recently got it) but it seems to be very handy.
Very much like my new walker. Best part is that Southwest Airlines paid for it since they’re the ones who damaged my old one. I had the older model from Dana Douglas. Having that is what sold me on a Nexus 3.

A bit stiff and heavy, but will work. Have been using the longer strap as cross body bag which is more comfortable

I thought it would release quicker after use. Figured the brake had some type of spring release mechanism. I need to give it a better try now on local hills.Overall, I like the Nexus 3, I'm almost 6' and the seat height is just right.Thanks. Dave Dunham
