It would have been nice to receive a phone text letting me know my order wouldn't arrive. Instead, I was waiting for it for days. I could have reordered from someone else. Next time don't say the order is being processed, when it wasn't. It's most likely that I won't use this site again.

The scooter arrived fast, the battery box got damaged through shipping but I reached out to them and they sent a new one, I love my new scooter!
