I originally ordered a short xl boot because the system was out of stock on the tall boot. The fit wasn’t right and too cumbersome to use the plastic top as well. I asked For a refund and was told that I would Receive the tall boot after all. It arrived it fit and they made me happy
I set up delivery of my mother's new rollator walker, but they delivered it to me rather than my mother's address that was submitted. Her VISA information was given as payment, so it wasn't that the billing address was different from hers. The fact that I gave my name and email must have bumped off her address. It even used part of my address and part of hers. I phoned customer service about it and they said they'd get back with me but never did. I'm driving 2-1/2 hours now to get it to her.

It would have been nice to receive a phone text letting me know my order wouldn't arrive. Instead, I was waiting for it for days. I could have reordered from someone else. Next time don't say the order is being processed, when it wasn't. It's most likely that I won't use this site again.
