The Dr. Comfort Gordon X is a men’s double-depth therapeutic athletic shoe designed for individuals who need additional interior room while still wanting the look and feel of a modern walking shoe. Built approximately ¼ inch deeper than the standard Gordon, Gordon X offers increased space for swelling, custom orthotics, and other foot-care needs requiring greater volume.
A breathable mesh and synthetic upper helps keep the shoe lightweight and comfortable, while the soft micro-suede lining creates a smoother environment for sensitive feet.
Double-Depth Accommodation
Gordon X includes a removable footbed along with a full-length heel-to-toe filler. Removing the filler provides at least an additional 3/16" of depth, allowing the shoe to better accommodate compatible custom-molded or customized inserts.
The combination of double-depth construction and multiple wide-width options makes Gordon X especially useful for difficult-to-fit feet.

A dual-density midsole and footbed provide cushioning and stability for everyday walking and standing.
