The Dr. Comfort Carter is a versatile men’s therapeutic shoe designed for comfort, adjustability, and easy care. Made with lightweight, stretchable Lycra®, Carter helps accommodate sensitive feet, swelling, bunions, hammertoes, and other conditions that may require additional room.
Its double-depth construction provides approximately 1/4" of additional interior depth, creating extra space for foot deformities, orthotics, internal braces, or AFOs.
Adjustable Everyday Comfort
A two-way contact closure makes Carter easy to put on and allows the fit to be adjusted throughout the day. The seamless interior helps minimize rubbing against sensitive skin, while the padded heel and tongue provide additional cushioning and protection.
A firm heel counter provides medial and lateral support for greater stability during everyday walking.
Machine-Washable Convenience
Carter is designed to be machine washed for easy maintenance. Remove the inserts, secure the closure straps, wash in cold water with mild detergent, and allow the shoes to air dry.
