Nexus 3 Slow Down Brake

I thought it would release quicker after use. Figured the brake had some type of spring release mechanism. I need to give it a better try now on local hills.Overall, I like the Nexus 3, I'm almost 6' and the seat height is just right.Thanks. Dave Dunham
